Shipping Policy for 424 Group Inc.
Shipping Information Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery's progress. Tracking updates will be available online one business day after shipment.
You will become the owner of the goods upon delivery to your specified address, at which point 424 is no longer responsible for them.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
- Promotions: 424 occasionally offers free shipping promotions. These are valid for a limited time and subject to change.
- Full-Price Orders: Free shipping applies to full-price merchandise subtotals above specified thresholds. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
- Other Orders: Orders not meeting free shipping eligibility may still qualify if they meet certain thresholds.
- Restricted Orders: Orders with excluded products are not eligible for free shipping and will incur a flat shipping fee.
What if my order has been returned to the sender? If your package is returned to our warehouse, please contact Client Services for assistance at customerservice@fourtwofour.com.
